SpeakUp
SpeakUp provides an integrated form for users and staff to report welfare incidents. When enabled, SpeakUp is added to the LiveZone portal and all data submitted is added to the CyberEdge's reporting database. The following outlines the initial setup and configuration requirements to enable SpeakUp.
SpeakUp Configuration
To enable SpeakUp on your network, Navigate to 1. LiveZone > SpeakUp 2. SpeakUp Enabled: Set enabled to make SpeakUp appear within the LiveZone portal 3. Recipient Emails: Provide an e-mail addresses to send the SpeakUp events to when a user completes the form 4. Click "Save" and all apply changes

Viewing SpeakUp Events
E-mail notifications are often the fastest way to view SpeakUp events however all event data is stored in the reporting database allowing further analysis. To view SpeakUp data in reporting navigate to;
- https://reporting.localnetwork.zone or any custom domain configured
- Login to the reporting application
- Go to Content Scanning > SpeakUp to view event data
By default, the time range is set to last hour to display the most recent events. Use the reporting queries to search SpeakUp event data as required.

- Viewing SpeakUp data in reporting is controlled by permissions. To provide access for a user, ensure the users role has been been assigned the "Can access SpeakUp events" permission To assign permissions to a role, navigate to Authentication > Roles > Edit Role
- SpeakUp data can be log forwarded to third party reporting tools for long term storage and analysis. To enable log forwarding of SpeakUp data, navigate to System > Log Forwarding > SpeakUp events and specify a remote syslog server
